Summer at Harborside Marina & Yacht Sales

Harborside Marina offers several summer boat storage options to suit your boating needs. Boats can be stored in the water at a slip or kept on a rack or cradle for quick launch—each option providing unique benefits. Keeping your boat in a slip is ideal for those who plan to be on the water several times a week. However, if you prefer to avoid bottom paint or simply want to keep your boat out of the water, our quick launch service may be the perfect solution. With quick launch, boats are stored on racks or in cradles and launched with just a one-hour phone call before your arrival. Upon your return, we’ll haul the boat, rinse it down, and securely place it back on the rack or cradle. Trailer storage is also available for the summer season. When winter arrives, you can keep your boat at Harborside Marina for winter storage. We provide shrink wrapping, winterization, and secure on-site winter boat storage, ensuring your boat is ready for spring launch. 

Summer Contracts

Please take the time to complete the attached contract and return it with your deposit to secure your spot for the coming year. As always, we have limited slip space and many times a waiting list. Our tenured clients get first preference, but we will need to hear from you by February 15th or we will assume you are giving up your spot.  In the past, I have let this deadline slide which I am no longer able to do.  In an effort to make it fair for all our customers, we need to hold to our deadlines.

For the second summer in a row, we expect to have Airbnb rental opportunities available beginning Spring 2026 in various locations.
  • Offering Indoor Rack Storage for both summer (quick launch) and winter at our other facility, The Boathouse, located at 70 Riverside Dr. Clinton, CT 06413. We are able to accommodate slips up to 50’ and indoor rack storage up to 30.’ For Summer 2026, we will also honor our Outdoor Rack pricing at The Boathouse indoor location for anyone who would like to give indoor rack storage a try. The Boathouse also offers an electronic gate with key fob access, pool access, grills, and a clubhouse. Best of all, there are no tide issues, and the brackish water up the Hammonasset River naturally helps flush your engines each time you use your boat. Please call for details and availability.

  • LOW TIDE NOTICE / DREDGING UPDATE: As many of you know, low tide has continued to impact launching at certain times. We are currently on a waiting list for dredging and are doing the best we can with the conditions we have. At this time, we are not raising launch pricing due to tides, however, we do ask all customers to allow at least 1.5 hours before/after low tide before launching. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
