Dear John,

I just wanted you to know that on Sunday morning my son and I picked up my Launch 22 , for our trip down to South Norwalk.  It was cloudy and cold with a few sprinkles in the air but with no wind, the Sound was almost flat.  The boat performed beautifully with everything on my punch list, including gauges and chartplotter, repaired and working perfectly.  We were in Norwalk Harbor in one hour and 20 minutes after leaving the Clinton gas dock, averaging about 40 mph.  My thanks to Tony and his crew for an outstanding job.  I would recommend you guys to anyone.  Thanks again, Phil.

I just finished filling out the customer satisfaction survey for Laura, but I also wanted to send a seperate note to you about how happy we are with the boat!  Everything is working and running great, and the boat was delivered in such BEAUTIFUL shape.  You really went the extra mile for us, and it is very appreciated.

Hi John,

I wish we lived closer to your location, because I would certainly feel comfortable having my boat-which used be called DASH, but is now called Barefoot Elegance - serviced by your company.  However, the 2 hour drive each way makes that a little tough.  I'd be happy to buy through you again and order parts when needed.  When we are ready to get a bigger boat, I will definitely be in touch.

you folks have been great to deal with. I did drag my boat back to you to be winterized, even though I live on Cape Cod and it is 150 miles each way.  Tony in your service department was excellent to deal with and listens to his customer's needs.  It was a pleasure working with him. I just wanted to mention that Tony and Laura did a GREAT job communicating with me about the boat repair this week. Tony also got both batteries covered under warranty which I really appreciate. I asked my marina ( name withheld  out of professionalism) to check out the batteries twice over a month ago and they never got to it. That is the last time I will have them do anything on our boat ( despite their issue with us not using their services).
Our service experience with Harborside has always been positive.

The boat is great thanks, somebody came and saw me on the dock last week and said he bought a new one based on seeing mine.  Everything is working well, love the electronics especially the weather satellite which is already saved me a couple of times.
